Caroline gained her NVQ Level 3 in Dental Nursing in 2006 and has worked at Mawsley Dental Clinic since April 2005. Caroline has moved up the ladder in her career from a Dental nurse to a Business Manager, and enjoys working with a great team of people.

Since becoming Business Manager Caroline has helped the practice maintain the BDA good practice scheme and has helped the team achieve the Investors In People Award 2010.

Caroline has been awarded with various certificates from ILM Professional in 2007 in communication, team building, human resources,dealing with difficult and aggressive people, marketing your practice.

She enjoys her job immensely and will continue to further her knowledge with various courses throughout her management career.

In her spare time Caroline enjoys going to the gym and socialising with family and friends. Caroline has 3 boy's who keep her very busy.
